What are your check-in and check-out times?

We implement a 3PM check-in and 10AM check-out for most of the properties we manage. There are a few for which the check-in & check-out time is at 12pm.

What is the best way to contact you for more information?

You can reach out to us at reservations@zenluxuryretreats.com for a response within 12 hours. If your request is urgent, please contact our customer service team on 1300 936 738.

What is your cancellation policy?

It varies per property and we highly suggest referring to Airbnb/Booking.com guidelines for cancellation concerns.

Alternatively, please reach out to us directly at reservations@zenluxuryretreats.com if you’ve booked directly with us through our website and we’ll be sure to be able to assist you with your booking enquiry.

Are there any specific house rules I should be aware of?

Once you’ve completed your booking, you’ll be emailed a Guest Information Sheet which will have access to specific information about your stay, including guest rules.

Is there air conditioning/heating in the property?

Yes – all of our properties have air conditioning and heating.

Can I request early check-in / late check-out?

Depending on our calendar, we approve early check-in and late check-out requests when possible. If you’d like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please email our team at reservations@zenluxuryretreats.com.

Can I host events or parties at the property?

Unfortunately not. We have a strict no party policy. If you are a party animal, we suggest booking elsewhere.

Are there any additional fees or taxes?

There are no additional fees or taxes by booking through ZenLuxury.com.au directly.

Usually, taxes and fees are included when booked through a third-party booking platform such as AirBnb or Booking.com.

Of course, you save money by booking with us directly 😉

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

With Airbnb bookings, weekly and monthly discounts are automatically applied once a number of days is specified and there meet their long stay requirements.

Competitive rates can be offered via direct booking or by enquiring with us at reservations@zenluxuryretreats.com.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Some properties have a 2-night minimum stay, while a few have a 3-night minimum stay.
